No tiers, no seat counts, no add-ons. This post explains what "everything included" actually contains today, what is explicitly not shipped yet (USB passthrough, USB-Only Mode, Flash-Safe — in development, included when they launch), and how to spend the trial week so the decision makes itself. Why one plan
Tiered pricing earns its complexity when the tiers gate genuinely different products. Ours didn't — and the features that would have differentiated a top tier are the ones still in development. Selling a $50 tier on the strength of unshipped capabilities is exactly the move this industry is rightly cynical about, so the structure is now the honest one: a single plan containing everything that exists, with the in-development features arriving into that same plan when they are real.
The other quiet benefit of one plan: no per-seat or per-device math. Unlimited computers and unlimited technicians means adding your second tech or your fifth station is an operational decision, not a billing one.
What $24.90/month includes today
- Remote desktop from any browser — the technician side installs nothing; sessions open in a browser, with adaptive quality that holds up on LTE, hotspots, and shop Wi-Fi.
- Unlimited computers and technicians — the whole shop, every station, one price.
- Session recording, replay and download — every session can become a record of what was done.
- AI-written training steps from any recording — a recorded session turns into a step-by-step walkthrough, which quietly converts your best tech's judgment into training material.
- File transfer both ways, plus remote file browsing — move calibration files, logs, and reports without a USB stick in the mail.
- Chat, clipboard sync and multi-monitor — the small frictions of remote work, removed.
- Admin Mode — control UAC prompts and the lock screen, which anyone who has remoted into a Windows machine at the wrong moment will appreciate.
- Team accounts, roles and session audit logging — who connected to which machine, when. If your remote sessions touch programming stations, the audit trail is the answer to a question you hope nobody ever asks, ready on the day they ask it.

USB Passthrough, USB-Only Mode, and Flash-Safe protections are in development. The agent already detects connected USB devices, but forwarding a device across the network is not part of the product today, and the USB-Only Mode and Flash-Safe pages carry the same in-development label you are reading here.
Two commitments that follow from that:

The decision rule is not complicated: start monthly, and the first time a month passes where remote sessions clearly earned their keep — a drive avoided, an after-hours question answered from home, a training recording reused — switch to yearly and pocket the two months.
How to spend the 7-day trial
The trial is full-featured and free, so run your actual operation through it rather than clicking around:
- Set up one diagnostic station per the station guide — agent as a service, tool software installed, MFA on.
- Take a real session from your worst connection — the truck's hotspot, the kitchen table — because that is where the tool has to earn trust.
